This has been such an easy and quick process. Paxton came to do my initial inspection and found some issues i knew I had. This company is fantastic! Chris came out and introduced himself and immediately got to work measuring the inside and outside of the house. He explained the situation, and layed out the process and price clearly during the free consultation. They follow all pre and post repair work very carefully. No shortcuts, and no down payment required. They offer 12 month no interest finance, and a discount if you don't use credit! The team arrived on the scheduled day, and immediately got straight to work. We needed 23 piers all around the property, and they completed the job within 2 days! When the job was completed, they left my property looking immaculate like they were never there! This company is absolutely amazing!!

Both times he chose to steer me away from foundation repair because my problems are caused by a plumbing issue (which was later confirmed by plumber) and could possibly be resolved without work on the foundation. Our older house showed many signs associated with a foundation in need of repair (e.g., doors not closing properly, slightly slanted flooring in some areas, drywall cracks, cracked exterior brick). I had two doors that were sticking, one inside upstairs and the front door. I also had a crack in the brick. Called B Square and Chris Bailey came and examined our house. He took measurements and examined the entire house. The front half of our house had settled. Chris came up with an engineering plan to fix the problem. His team came to the house and started work. They installed new piers and jacked the house. Only took a day and a half. Now we have a level house and the doors don't stick. I’ve know Chris Bailey for over 20 years and have referred him many clients, but recently I needed my own foundation repaired and naturally it’s was Chris and his amazing team at B Square Foundation that I turned to. With over 20 years experience comes knowledge of how to get it right the first time. They completed their work in one day and when they left you could not tell it had ever been dug up. Well, anytime you need to call someone to fix your foundation, it’s typically not something that you think is going to be a pleasant experience. But, let me tell you about Chris Bailey and his team. From day 1, they have made this arduous and painful project as easy as it could be. We knew exactly what to expect, because he told us. And believe me when I tell you, this one was a process. 60+ piers, 7” of lifting, and they made it as painless as possible. I can not recommend these folks enough. Super happy with the service and the results. But I will say this to end it all, if they tell you that you don’t want to be in the house for this, believe them when they say that. It was a mess. But again, they cleaned it up so well, you could barely tell they were there. We had some humongous holes dug in and around our house. And you can’t really tell. Thank you B Square
